We do not offer returns on skins that are custom made, install kits, game aim or anything else other then our basic skins. So order carefully when placing a custom order because all sales are final.

Game console skins may be returned within 15 days for in-store credit only. We will need the skin back in the ORIGINAL PACKAGE including invoice, instructions and anything else that came with the purchase. Items must be in NEW RESELLABLE condition. If we are exchanging a skin for another you are required to pay shipping charges again.  All returns will need to be accepted and approved before shipping items back, contact us first. Please make sure you include your invoice number and the reason why you want to return the item with the email. Once you receive a email back from us you will have 15 days to get the return to us, after the time is up there will be no returns at all.

If there is a defect in the product we need to be contacted within 5 business days. All products are quality checked before shipping. If you contact us after 5 business days about a defect we will be unable to assist you.
